We are aware that sometimes things go wrong resulting in people feeling unhappy and maybe having cause for complaint.
If you do wish to make a complaint, simply ask to speak to the patient liaison and reception manager, Mrs Saggers, and she will set all the necessary wheels in motion. Further written information is available on the complaints procedure from reception.
