Feedback and complaints

We make every effort to give the best possible care and service to our patients and welcome your views and constructive suggestions which will help us improve our service.

We are aware that sometimes things can go wrong, and resulting in people feeling unhappy and you may feel you have cause for complaint.

If you do wish to make a complaint, simply ask to speak to the patient liaison and reception manager, and we will set all the necessary wheels in motion. Further written information is available on the complaints procedure from reception.
