Dear patients and friends of Hilary Cottage Surgery,
It is with mixed emotions that we inform you that Dr Fletcher will be leaving Hilary Cottage Surgery in January.
After 15 years supporting the Fairford community, the time has come for Dr Fletcher to take on some new challenges in his career.
You remain in safe hands with all our colleagues at the surgery, and a new partner has been appointed and will be joining the surgery team in the summer of 2026. Full details of the new appointment will follow, and in the short-term we will have other GPs supporting the practice on a temporary basis.
Thank you all for choosing Hilary Cottage Surgery and I hope you will continue to support the surgery during our transition, and will welcome our new partner, Dr Leach, in July.
