The GP practices in the South Cotswold region are working together as a cluster to improve access to primary care services for our patients. To do this practices are offering additional GP appointments between 18:30 and 20:00 on weekdays as well as a GP on a Saturday morning in Cirencester. Patients registered at any of the South Cotswold practices may be offered a GP appointment at one of the following locations:

• Cirencester – The Avenue Surgery, St Peters Road Surgery, Phoenix Surgery, Upper Thames Medical Group (The Park Surgery), Cirencester Hospital.
• Rendcomb Surgery.
• Lechlade – Upper Thames Medical Group .
• Tetbury – Romney House Surgery.

A clinic will be running here at the surgery in Fairford on a Monday evening.
