GP Training

Hilary Cottage Surgery is an approved Training Practice for doctors who are near the end of their training to become GPs.

Dr Wallis is the GP Trainer and the whole practice is involved in training. The doctor undergoing training is called a GP Specialist Trainee, or sometime referred to as GP Registrar.

They hold their own surgeries and should be able to deal with the full range of medical problems. As part of their training they are required to video some consultations. Your permission will always be sought and you can refuse permission to have your consultation recorded if you wish.
